The lasting impact of bequests — both large and small — has helped shape Corpus Christi Parish. For many parishioners and friends of Corpus, a charitable bequest is the easiest and best way to make a gift to the church. By means of your will or other estate plan, you can name Corpus Christi Parish or Parish School as the beneficiary of a portion of your estate, or of particular assets in your estate. Many of the most powerful gifts with an enduring impact have been bequests, including the property of the church and school campus.
There are many reasons to leave a legacy gift. A bequest allows you to honor a loved one, while providing critical support to the church through an endowment, or another fund underwriting capital growth or ordinary budget.
Giving by bequest costs nothing now, yet it may give you a great deal of satisfaction to know that your future gift will live on for generations to come, in the manner and way in which you've intended. To speak with a parish staff member more about options for planned gifts and how to set them up, please email Caleb Regan, Director of Parish Advancement, at calebr@cccparish.org.
