Virtual Learning:
Hi Everyone!
I miss you all terribly and wish we could be together in person. However, I realize that social distancing is an important step to reducing the spread of COVID-19. In an effort to make learning science remotely as easy as possible I have the following expectations and promises to each of you.
1) Please check your school Gmail and Google Classroom each Monday, I will post something each week for you to complete by Friday.
2) Please watch the videos and do the assignments posted in Google Classroom in a timely manner (this includes tests and quizzes). I will provide feedback on your work as quickly as I can! Optional items will be clearly noted with “OPTIONAL.” Most optional items will be to do labs or activities for yourself, do not worry if you do not have supplies.
3) Please ask questions! You may use your preferred method to ask those questions: a) send me an email, b) use a private comment on Google Classroom. I will respond to your question ASAP. We are all learning together and I am here to support you. I I promise that I will not mind if you just want to check in with what I am doing and share what you have been doing. This is the part of teaching I already miss!
4) Please use the honor system with all quizzes and tests. Do your best work and be your best self.
5) Please choose a time when you can be free from distractions and chaos to take your assessments so you may do your best work.
6) Please know that I believe in each of you and we will get through this together!
All assignments are posted on Google Classroom for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. Please see the Google Classroom links below for each grade level. Please contact me anytime at briat@cccparish.org
Please go to Google Classroom for all assignments, but if you need to access the book website go to:
