(year 1 students=typically 7th graders, year 2 students=typically 8th graders) 

1. Baptism Certificate: If you were not baptized at Corpus Christi, please contact Andy Doll at church@cccparish.org to submit a copy of certificate. 

2. Sponsors: These are due by April 1 of year 1. Sponsors are invited to our regularly scheduled meetings on October 28, 2026 and February 17, 2027.

4. Stewardship Hours:  Click HERE for more information. 

5. Confirmation Retreat: This is for year 2 students (Date TBD).
